Patricia J. (Rock) Wright

Patricia J. (Rock) Wright, 83, of Huron, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2014, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.

She was born April 28, 1931, in Petoskey, Mich., to the late Verton L. and Marie V. (Remick) Rock and lived in the Huron area most of her life.

Patricia was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Huron. Prior to raising her family, she worked at Eastern States (Pillsbury) in Huron. Patricia was a member of T.O.P.S. and several card clubs. She also enjoyed bowling, crocheting and cooking, and especially enjoyed being a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 58 years, Harold E. Wright of Huron; by her sons, Ronald E. 

(Pamela) Wright of Stow, Ohio, and Randall V. (Rosalie) Wright of Coldwater, Ohio; by her grandchildren, Erin, Kyle, Jared, Jayme, Kelsey and Alexa; by her sisters-in-law, Betty Rock of Huron and Dorothy Daniels of Berlin Heights; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry Rock.  The family will receive friends and relatives from 10:30 a.m. until the time of memorial services at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, in First Presbyterian Church, 225 Williams St., Huron. A luncheon will follow in the church fellowship hall. The Rev. Marie Montgomery will officiate.
