Lawrence T. "Larry" Noon

Lawrence T. "Larry" Noon, 62, of Huron, passed away peacefully early Sunday afternoon, Aug. 31, 2014, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, surrounded by his family.

Larry was born Aug. 9, 1952, in Hartford, Conn., the son of Edward Joseph and Yvette Rollande (Taillon) Noon Sr. He was a 1971 graduate of Perkins High School and 1975 graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in education.

Larry was employed at Chet and Matt's Pizza and was a lifelong professional bartender who was affectionately referred to as "The Boss" by the many who knew and loved him. He touched the lives of countless people through his warm smile, caring attitude and spirited sense of humor.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory his mother and father, Yvette and Edward Noon Sr.; brothers, Steve (Ginny) Noon of Sandusky, Rick (Beverly) Noon of Milan; sister, Liz (Dave) Clary of Strongsville, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Noon Jr.; and his sister, Eileen Baum.

Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at David F. Koch Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. At the request of the family, private family funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky.
